The Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens has a great winter ‘Dinner Date’ package available including overnight accommodation and a two-course dinner for two at the Hunter Valley Steakhouse from just $269 per couple (mid-week). The package has been designed so that guests can experience the Best Regional Restaurant in NSW 2011 (as awarded by the Australian Hotels Association).

The Hunter Valley Steakhouse has become famous in the region for offering the highest quality local grain- and pasture-fed beef, with Executive Chef Jean Marc Pollet designing a menu that showcases the best Hunter produce, all matched to an excellent wine list.
