Shanti Hospitality acquires InnPlace Suites Shreveport-Bossier City
Hodges Ward Elliott’s Select Service Division represented ING Clarion Partners as exclusive advisor in the sale of the InnPlace Suites Shreveport-Bossier City, Louisiana, for an undisclosed price. The buyer is California-based Shanti Hospitality. This was an all-cash transaction.
The two-story, 72-room property sits adjacent to Interstate 20 at Old Minden Road and within one mile of Barksdale Air Force Base.
